TECHNIQUES OF THE LOWER LIMBS
Kicks and knees are very effective techniques with the power they can develop and the surprise they can cause. Basic kicks practiced in kihon

Mikazuki geri uchi :Hitting with the foot in a circular motion in ascending from the inside to the outside. This technique is also being studied as blocking

Nidan geri : Double jump kick to the face. This technique is used in Kata Kanku Dai Gankaku

Mae tobi geri : Kick against jumping

Yoko tobi geri : Kick side jumping

Mawashi hiza geri: Roundhouse the knee

Mae hiza geri : Knee Kicker to face up

Otoshi-geri : High Kick up and down leg extension

Tobi yoko-geri : Kick side jumped

Tobi mae-geri : Jump kick (forward)

Tobi nagashi mawashi ushiro-geri : High Kick back turning swept jumped

Tobi nagashi mawashi-geri : Shot swept circular foot jumped

Uchi mawashi geri : Roundhouse kick from inside to outside

Ura mawashi geri : Kick crocheting mostly used to face level. Its trajectory is quite surprising

Ushiro mawashi geri : Roundhouse kick back. Due to its large amplitude this technique generates a high power

Ushiro geri : Direct blow back foot

Ushiro geri keage : Kick back in the back. Very useful when you are seized from behind

Kakato geri : Blow with the heel in a movement up and down
